You can order products on this website. If you place an order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
Should you require advice on products, availability or sizing, simply send an email to our Customer Services Team using the form that can be found here. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to advise you and will try to answer your enquiry within one working day.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Harris Tweed Scotland Limited web site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro or Solo card. To ensure that shoppingon-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the [HSBC] payment gateway. Harris Tweed Scotland Limited will not store any credit/debit card details. You can choose to pay in one of three currencies. These currencies are the British pound, the Euro or the American Dollar. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order.
There are no delivery charges when ordering from the Harris Tweed Scotland Limited web site. We aim to despatch all items within seven days of order receipt, stock permitting. When this is not possible we will contact you.
We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. Delivery to overseas addresses is also free. For orders from North America, products are despatched from our distribution centre in Massachusetts.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 7 days of purchase, unused and with their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or refund you (please note that altered products and items damaged through wear cannot be returned). We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage. You can write to, or email us.
European customers and customers in all other countries, except for North American countries, should address any returns to Harris Tweed Scotland Limited, Haincliffe Road, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 5BU, United Kingdom.
North American customers should address any returns to Harris Tweed Scotland Limited, C/O Darn It! Inc, 92 Harbor Street, New Bedford, MA 02744, United States.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data, consequential loss in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
