Payment, Delivery and Returns
Payment
You can pay for your Harris Tweed jacket using any of the following credit/debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro or Solo. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, all transactions are encrypted through our HSBC payment gateway. Harris Tweed Scotland Limited will not store any credit/debit card details.
We sell our Harris Tweed jackets world-wide and you can choose to pay in one of three currencies. These currencies are the British pound, the Euro or the American Dollar. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and despatching your order.
Delivery
There are no delivery charges when ordering from the Harris Tweed Scotland Limited web site. All purchases are despatched by courier and will require a signature upon receipt. We aim to despatch all items within seven days of your order being received. When this is not possible we will contact you.
We have our own distribution warehouses in Europe and North America. We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. Delivery to overseas addresses is also free.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 7 days of purchase, unused and with their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or refund you. We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage. You can write to, or email us.
